The Ministry of Personnel, National Post-doctor Regulatory Commission approved the corporation to establish the postdoctoral scientific research workstation in Jan.1, 2004. The establishment of the postdoctoral scientific research workstation in the corporation has greatly promoted the technical development, talent training and recruitment of the corporation so as to enable us to take full advantage of the rare high technical manpower to boost the fast development. Since the foundation of the postdoctoral workstation in April, 2004, the corporation has positively and earnestly made preparations for research task selection, structural establishment, staffing, expenditure and system management etc. 
In order to ensure that the research task to be selected meet the requirement of the development of the corporation and make mutual promotion between scientific research and high-tech industry so as to implement virtuous interaction between tangible assets and intangible assets. On the other hand, we shall make the best of the perfect condition of the intensive technical manpower resources and industrialization to foster and bring up the high tech scientific research talents and multiple-disciplined management talents in the corresponding fields, the general manager, chief engineer and expert panel of the corporation have conducted prudent and careful study and preliminarily selected the controlled reactor as research subject. 
Regarding the structural establishment, in order to ensure that the corporation attaches importance to and support the postdoctoral workstation in all respects, we established the leading group for post-doctor workstation composed of the general manager as group leader, chief engineer as group leader, vice chief engineer and directors of all functional departments as members. The top level leaders of the corporation deploy and carry out works in person, with the close cooperation of all function departments and take the initiative in coordinating works in all aspects to ensure perfect working condition and atmosphere for post-doctors.
In order to ensure the work to proceed in order, the corporation established a special system--- Managerial System for Post-doctor Workstation of Xi’an Zhongyang Electric Corporation, in which the management structural establishment, management of recruit and quit of employees, research expenditure and employee benefits, scientific research condition and office equipment have been clearly specified for future development;
In 2006, first of all we shall further perfect our system to ensure that the post-doctors should smoothly carry on their work after entry into the station. Secondly, we shall enlarge the search subject range and intensify propagation and make contact and intercourse with more universities and colleges to ensure the workstation to recruit talent and work smoothly so as to provide motive power for the further development;
