（1）You are required to be familiar with the character, electric parameter, range of use, wiring mode of varied reactor for purchase;
（2）Electric parameter, reactor variety (air core, semi core and iron core) and layout have been defined; the outline drawing of the reactor installation is needed;
（3）There is ambiguous or improper clause on the technical description in the tender document of Zhongyang Electric Corporation;　　     
（4）The technical agreement has been signed, but the scheme has been altered, you need to know the resulting technology issues;　　
（5）The related technology issues concerning wave trap coil and discharge coil;
