The Company won the "Science and Technology Progress Award" and "2018 Electric Power Innovation Award"
Recently, the Company's declared project Research on the Causes of Burn-out of 35kV Dry-Type Air-Core Shunt Reactor and Development of New Equipment won the " 2017 Science and Technology Progress Award Second Prize" certificate (provincial and ministerial level) issued by China Southern Power Grid Corporation and the " 2018 Electricity Innovation Award Second Prize" certificate (provincial and ministerial level) issued by China Power Enterprise Federation. Among them, the Innovation Award of China Electric Power Enterprise Federation is the highest award for domestic electric power, and it is also one of the channels to directly declare the national innovation award.
It is reported that in order to complete the project, our Company has carried out disintegration analysis on the fault causes of 35kV shunt reactor, conducted in-depth research on the structural complexity and process control difficulty of traditional single-wire wound reactor, and proposed a new type of conductor, i.e. fully insulated transposed conductor winding method, which is of great significance to improve the reactor manufacturing level and reduce the product fault rate, and has achieved good application effect at present.
